PAYMENT: Visa, Master Card, and PayPal are accepted for payment. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. Please email us directly at questions@asowsear.com if you plan to pay using Paypal.

SHIPPING: We usually ship within 2-3 business days once an order is received. If an item is ever out of stock, or there is any delay whatsoever, we will not charge your account until your order has been shipped. We will notify you and your order will remain on “hold” until it can be fulfilled. At this time we only ship to the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

RETURNS: No purchase is ever complete until you are 100% satisfied. If you decide not to keep your merchandise you may return it to us within SEVEN (7) days of the ship date for a FULL refund. We can NOT refund shipping charges.
